You can return your item for a full refund or exchange of the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage and packing where the original mistake was not ours and subsequently you will be charged postage for any replacement goods sent to you

All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacturer BUT this warranty must be carried out by us. If you feel that you have an item which is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will of course repair or replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges.

Returning your purchase by post

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories). We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. We regret we cannot accept any items for refund without a full valid receipt.

To return your purchase by post state whether you would like a refund, exchange or have a warranty issue. Please provide us with details of why you wish to return your purchase, as your input is invaluable to us when reviewing the products we stock.
